I have always lived in a world of adventure and challenges. Even when I was not playing, I saw life as part of an exciting game. Every role I played was like a new game. I loved playing football and was often the captain. I always had a leadership role because my passion for the game helped me to get the best out of the team.
I started my journey as an English teacher and after that, for 16 years I worked in purchasing, I worked for renowned companies such as BASF, SKY and PPG, where I developed and improved my negotiation skills.
And games have always been a part of my life, influencing my entrepreneurial journey. In 2015, after completing my MBA in Management at Manchester Business School, I developed a business plan and, in 2017, together with my Player 2, we started a new game, founding our gamification company.
The ability to adapt quickly to changes, an essential quality in games, has been a fundamental element throughout this journey, in which each challenge brings an opportunity for growth and evolution.
Inspired by this passion for games, with more than 70 escape rooms played and thousands of board and video games, I studied gamification and creativity, applying all my knowledge and corporate experience to develop more than 50 innovative solutions for more than 200 clients in Europe and Latin America.

After 4 years at a college that I attended out of obligation and another 12 working in positions that didn't fulfill me, I decided to become an entrepreneur.
In 2015 I started studying the possibilities and in 2017 I founded my company.
Passionate about reading, writing, playing and making things happen.
Without fear of making mistakes, I believe that the best way to learn is by doing.
I believe we must find what keeps us moving and puts us in flow.
Even if fear appears to hinder us, we must look at it as an impulse, not as a blockage and we must go with fear anyway.
After all, if it doesn't give you butterflies in your stomach, it doesn't make sense!
Being an entrepreneur means feeling butterflies in your stomach every day!
And for this reason I continue on the challenging path of building differentiated experiences and changing the way teaching is shared.

Multifaceted professional, life hacker and problem solver, graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from PUC-PR, Postgraduate in Neuroscience from Puc-PR and Oncology from SBAC, MBA in Business Management from FGV, XBa in Exponential Business Management from Startse/NovaSbe – Portugal.
With an initial career in the management of clinical analysis laboratories in reference hospitals in Brazil for 5 years and after that a significant change, I worked for 5 years in a multinational company in the packaging industry, which improved my problem-solving skills.
Since 2017, I have been successfully operating in the healthcare and education sector, playing key roles as Managing Director and Head of Growth & New Business. My focus is on leading and developing strategies for sustainable growth.
I have participated in 13 IronMan around the world. 🇧🇷 🇫🇷 🇵🇾 🇺🇾 🇵🇹 And Triathlon teaches me every day how to be a better manager and how to deal with the adversities of this journey.
My proactive approach, combined with professional experience and dedication to triathlon, reflects my commitment to pushing limits, facing challenges and constantly seeking excellence, both in business and in sport.
As a Cubooist that I am, I use these characteristics in my routine, to solve problems, make strategic decisions and even to reach the finish line in my Ironman!
