"The Creativity Workshop was a real eye-opener. The way the concepts were presented in an interactive and engaging way really sparked my creativity and made me think about how we can apply them in our leadership roles.
As for the game "The Cubooists", it was a unique and challenging experience. I was impressed by the way the game managed to reveal our individual and collective profiles. The gamification allowed us to see how each of us deals with challenges, makes decisions and works as a team. It was eye-opening to observe how our natural leadership styles emerged during the game, and this certainly sheds light on how we can improve our collaboration and leadership.
The debriefing after the game was extremely enriching. The discussions allowed us to identify areas where we can improve, develop our skills and strengthen our teamwork.

The games created were designed to provide product information and scientific results to more than 1,300 doctors at a Brazilian conference! And it was a success. The games were quick, easy to play, super interactive and fun, with a sense of challenge. This really caught the attention of the doctors. They all participated in the three activations, even though they weren't mandatory.

The recruitment and selection of professional interns is a very important process at CCA. We always involve several people from the firm, lawyers and management teams, in carrying out various activities. This year we wanted to go one step further and counted on the help of Cuboo Experience to carry out a dynamic and innovative escape room. Through this game we were able to observe and evaluate one of the most important and valued skills in our organization: teamwork! It was a fantastic, fun morning, where we all had the opportunity to acquire value. Thank you very much Cuboo Experience and congratulations on your excellent professionalism!

It was a very interesting experience, from the presentation of the project, through its adaptation to our theme, to the completion and execution of the game. Our employees said they had never had an experience like this before and that they loved the game and the interaction required to advance through the levels. There was not a single person who criticized it and everyone made a point of leaving a comment at the end approving the experience. I recommend the game and emphasize that the message we wanted to convey was transmitted during the interaction of the participants and the solving of the puzzles, providing new information, in addition to the information we should always reinforce with employees.

It was the first interaction between Cuboo and the Makarios Group, as a representative of the Makarios Group and a person who didn't have much affinity with games I was a little apprehensive about how it would be, and my conclusion is that it was: SURPRISING, SENSATIONAL and INCREDIBLE. LIFE IS A GAME this phrase made more sense after the experience.

After the game, I could feel that the team was more engaged and more confident in talking about everyday issues that they had not previously discussed. They are more confident and secure in expressing their opinions with the psychological security that they will not be exposed to any type of retaliation for taking a stand or disagreeing with the information. With this, we harvested the benefits of our strategies and were confident that people were being heard and their opinions were being considered. The bonds and trust within the team were strengthened.
